I’m Alicia Holmquist, a top-producing Myrtle Beach real estate agent licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Grand Strand and nearby coastal communities. I relocated from New England to Myrtle Beach in 2020 with no local sphere and built my real estate business from the ground up.

I began my real estate career in 2021 and quickly earned Rookie of the Year, followed by Top Producer recognition in multiple years. Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in sales and customer service, developing the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that matter in today’s market. I also have a background in professional photography, which allows me to market listings with high-quality visuals, strong online exposure, and pricing strategies that attract serious buyers.

Having personally completed a 1,000-mile relocation, I understand the challenges of moving out of state and help clients navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
